           Hello friends this is Mohan admin of this blog, and I am residing in Tumkur, Karnataka. This blog is my dream blog which arose through my hard work and guidance of my father and with the blessings of my well-wishers and also through the critics of my beloved enemies…
          
          As we go through the blog name the first thing I have to clarify you people that there are so many hidden aspect in law as it is not constant and not universal in nature, and also through the changing judgments on the similar issues by the supreme court and the high courts which are binding in nature and which we call it as precedents, and numerous laws enacting and updating day by day, by the law making body of our country. So there are so many hidden aspects of law even the law professional and students are facing so many difficulties in tracing those aspects of law.
         
         Hence this blog tries to explain and explore such hidden aspects of law through articles, recent judgments, important citations and much more to make easy to the professionals and students to act in the interest of justice.
   
        And even the public should make use of it because “mistake of fact is excusable but ignorance of law is not excusable”….

      Maneka Gandhi vs Union Of India 1978 AIR 597, 1978 SCR (2) 621 ; There can be no distinction between a quasi-judicial function and an administrative function for the purpose of principles of natural justice. The aim of both administrative inquiry as well as the quasi-judicial inquiry is to arrive at a just decision and if a rule of natural justice is calculated to secure justice or to put it 'negatively, to prevent miscarriage of justice, it is difficult to see why it should be applicable to quasi- judicial inquiry and not to administrative inquiry. It must logically apply to both. It cannot be said that the requirements of fair play in action is any the less in an administrative inquiry than in a quasi-judicial one.
